Recipe for Success of Your Loyalty Program

1. Build your own program, under own logo, for own customers.

2. Forget paper stamp collection and plastic loyalty cards - customers have too many of them already in their wallets.

3. Look for modern but simple and convenient customer interaction methods.

4. Dynamically engage your loyalty program in creating marketing campaigns for example via promotional coupons.

5. Build customer profile database and develop targeted promotions.

6. Favour two-way customer communication, for example via feedback collection or integration with "likes".

7. Be patient. Let customers get used to your program by awarding loyalty and interactivity, not only reward collection.
